Girls trip to Clearwater beach

Join us for a fun-filled beach getaway to Clearwater Beach, offering a fantastic alternative to the longer Key West travel time (though the Key West trip still has openings if you prefer)!

Trip Details (Clearwater Beach)

• Destination/Hotel: Dolphin Sands, Clearwater Beach
• Depart: 9/14 at 8:30 a.m.
• Return: 9/16 at 8:00 p.m. (more time to explore Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, St. Pete, or relax at the hotel)
• Amenities: Private beach area with umbrellas/chairs and waitstaff; beach/pool bar and restaurant
• Beach Setup Fee: $10 per day
• Hotel Note: A small boutique property where we typically occupy a large portion of the hotel as a group.

Transportation

• Group travel by bus is essential for securing group pricing and making the trip financially feasible for the club.
• Bus Cost: $90 round trip (we cover the full bus cost regardless of occupancy)
• If you drive: Parking costs $25/day, and you won't be included in the group hotel rate or group dinner cruise bookings.
• Capacity: We're using a smaller bus, capping the trip at 36 participants if necessary. Enjoy games and chats during the ride!

Lodging

• Rate: $149 per night + tax per room (double occupancy)
• Hotel Access: Enjoy the property before check-in and after check-out on arrival/departure days.

Sign-up & Booking

• Sign-up Deadline: 6/15 (to confirm transportation and finalize plans)
• Booking Steps:

1. Reserve and pay for your bus seat on the website
2. After booking, you'll receive the hotel group-sales contact to reserve your room at the group rate.
