How It Works

Drop It Off - Bring your pre-owned luxury items, including clothing, accessories, bags, and shoes, to the store during any drop-off window. We’re looking for designer pieces that are #preloved and in mint condition!
We Do the Work - Our team reviews, authenticates, and lists your pieces as Swap items, with your NOBO Cash balancing reflected in your account.
Your Cash Unlocks on Event Day - Approved items are reserved until the event day when they go live, and your NOBO Cash is ready to spend!
Shop the Swap - Browse the curated swap floor and use your NOBO Cash for your next fashion find!

Item Eligibility:

We accept new with tags (NWT), new without tags (NWOT), immaculate condition, or one-of-a-kind vintage items. Bringing original tags, receipts, or authentication cards helps streamline the process.

🚫 Items Not Approved: If any piece doesn’t meet our standards, you’ll be notified via email for pick-up at the store.

💸 NOBO Cash: Your NOBO Cash never expires! Whether you spend it on event day or not, it’ll stay in your account for future use both online and in-store!
