Global Canvas: Art Exhibition, Quail Hill, Irvine, CA.

Welcome to the inaugural Art Exhibition at Quail Hill, Irvine, CA! This student-led exhibition brings together young artists from ages 5 to 18 to express their visions for a better world. This year's gallery focuses on critical international themes: Human Rights, Poverty Eradication, Foreign Aid, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Or simply bring your best painting. Art lovers can join us free on August 15th to support our community's young talent and global citizens.

1. General Rules of Participation (for Exhibitors)
   Eligibility: Open to all schoolchildren aged 5–18.
   The Entry Fee: A non-refundable $10 registration fee is due upon sign-up via the event platform to secure a display space. Group registrations are available for Art Schools and teachers.
   The Philanthropic Pledge: By registering, all participants agree that atleast 20% of all artwork sales generated during the exhibition will be donated directly to the selected Non Profit Organization (This year it is Alliance for American Leadership https://a4al.org/).
   Attendance: Artists (or a designated representative/parent) must be present during the event to chat with the public about their work.Set-up time: 8AM-10AM PST
   Clean-up: 3PM-3:45PM PST
2. Rules for the Paintings / Artworks
   Quantity: Minimum of 2 artworks per registered participant.
   Sizing & Display Limits: Pieces must not exceed 24" x 36". Art must either be framed with a built-in back-kickstand for table display or  bring your own easels.
   Table size: 5 feet long. Artists should bring their own easels or display stands.
   Theme Adherence: It's recommended that at least one artwork  expresses the theme of Human Rights, Poverty or any of the UN SDGs
   Labeling: Every piece must arrive with an index card securely attached to the front/bottom containing: Artist Name & Age, Title of Piece and Price (or marked "Not for Sale").
