Global Knowledge Hub Forum
What is GKHF?
Global Knowledge Hub Forum (GKHF) is an international co-creation business event where global corporations, startups, researchers, municipalities, and investment funds gather to accelerate “Knowledge × Technology × Social Implementation.”
Leveraging Leave a Nest’s extensive international network and Singapore’s role as a global innovation hub, this forum serves as a platform to foster multi-layered collaboration across industry, government, academia, and finance.
This year, to commemorate the Singapore-Japan 60th Anniversary (SJ60), the event is officially endorsed by the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs! An announcement regarding upcoming SJ60-related events will also take place at the forum.
One of this year's featured discussions brings together UntroD Capital and 77 Bank from Japan to explore how Japanese investors and corporates evaluate and support deep-tech innovation. The session will also examine how cross-border partnerships between Japan and Southeast Asia can accelerate technology commercialization, with both organizations actively seeking to expand their investment and collaboration portfolio across the region.
We will also be hosting “Feeding the Future: Building Resilient Food Systems Together,” which brings together startups from Japan and Singapore developing technologies in food security, sustainable food production, and resource efficiency. This discussion will explore how international collaboration can help tackle shared challenges while creating pathways for commercialization.
Our final session introduces D-0., an early-stage venture-building program developed by Leave a Nest in collaboration with a leading Japanese corporate partner. This program supports early-stage entrepreneurs at their initial stage of innovation, helping them refine fundamental research questions, shape a compelling vision, and explore how promising ideas can evolve into future venture opportunities.
Alongside these sessions, attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with a broader delegation of Japanese organizations, including Morgenrot, Metagen, and many more, opening further opportunities for research, business, and investment collaborations between Japan and Southeast Asia.
