Good Soles X Charlie Coffee - Sunday 5k

Sundays are best spent chasing down good coffee and even better company. This week, we are heading over to Sant Antoni to check out Charlie Coffee for a fresh morning loop and a proper post-run social.

If you are looking to shake off the week with an easy cruise and some great conversations, this is the one. We will head out for our usual 5km, then kick back at the shop for the best coffee in Sant Antoni to finish off the weekend. As always, all paces are welcome.

Los domingos molan más cuando hay buen café y mejor compañía de por medio. Esta semana nos vamos a Sant Antoni para conocer Charlie Coffee, hacer un rodaje matutino y disfrutar de una buena charla post-run.

Si buscas desconectar de la semana con un trote suave y buen ambiente, este es tu plan. Haremos nuestro circuito habitual de 5km y luego nos relajaremos en la cafetería con el mejor café de Sant Antoni para terminar el fin de semana. Como siempre, todos los ritmos son bienvenidos.
