đ Where & When
Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 15â20 minutes after. The yoga practice runs for about one hour. Mindful food tasting to follow.
đż What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
Our Healthy Hatha practices are for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to mindfully breath and explore a sequence of traditional yoga postures.
We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.

â Our Instructor
Amanda Morel was born and raised in New York. She has been practicing yoga since 2019, and received her 200 hour certification at VeraYoga. Her favorite style is vinyasa!
