Holy Chair Yoga

Event page: https://bayshorechurch.org/events/holy-chair-yoga/Holy Yoga is a Christian centered experience offering participants a chance to honor God through a gentle flow laced with some scripture readings.Chair Holy Yoga will be offered every Monday @ 4pm in the Gabrielson Chapel. This yoga class is focused for those more comfortable participating sitting in a chair as well as using a chair as a prop.No reservation is necessary.
