**Teacher Bio:**My name is Sandra, I am 49 years old, I have a 13-year-old son, I work part-time in a retail store, and I live with my parents. I love to enjoy life, and I am grateful for all the opportunities that have come up. and I like to challenge myself by trying new things.
I did my 200-hour Intensive Teacher training this past summer 2025 at The Tree Yoga Cooperative. I’ve been practicing yoga for 2 years and 6 months, and I am so excited to continue my teaching journey at Heal One World.Class Description:
This class is perfect for all people who are looking to relax and stretch the physical body, as well as relax the mind through meditation and breath work. Restorative Yoga uses props and long hold times to open the body in a passive way. This is an excellent class with gentle poses for relaxation and healing.
