INTRO TO ROWING AND SOCIALIZING

Join us for an exciting and unique experience at our next Friends and Flow event! Get ready to dive into the world of rowing with a thrilling lesson on the beautiful Amstel River, followed by some relaxation and socializing over drinks.

What to Expect:

• Learn to Row: Gain the basics of rowing with guidance from expert instructors, starting with an introduction in the indoor rowing tank.
• A Fun Active Day: Experience the great outdoors and try your hand at rowing in a 4-person boat on the scenic Amstel River.
• Post-Rowing Refreshments: Unwind with a casual drink alongside fellow Friends and Flow members, providing a wonderful chance to connect and share your rowing adventures (or mishaps!).
• Connect & Grow: This event is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people within our community and create memorable experiences together.

Important Details:

• 📍 Location: Rowing Center Berlagebrug, Weesperzijde 1094, 1097 DS Amsterdam.
• 🕛 Be sure to arrive by 12:15 PM to kick off the lesson promptly!
• Changing rooms, showers, and lockers are available at the center. Don't forget to bring a 50-cent coin for the locker!
• TopRow is a pin-only and smoke-free location.

What to Wear:

Dress in soft, stretchy, and breathable sportswear as if you are going for a run. Extra tips: Bring a drinking bottle, a cap, and a rain jacket in case of unpredictable weather.
