A guided intuitive art practice where we create small soft textile sculptures using embroidery, fabric layering, and hand-stitching techniques. Each piece becomes a personal tactile art object shaped by material, intuition, and process.

This practice is rooted in my personal artistic approach, developed through my work as an art therapist. It is a space to slow down and dedicate time to your own sensations, preferences, and choices — to explore your unique combinations of materials and to experience what it means to be in contact with yourself through making.
