The Irish Hooley Music Festival is an annual celebration of Irish music, dance, and culture held in Dubuque, Iowa, featuring live musical and dance performances, food, beverages and shopping.Musical headliners Gaelic Storm; with bands Switchback, Ballyheigue, The Lads of Dubuque, Ian Gould & Lukas Jaeger, with The Wee Lads, Dubuque Fire Pipes and Drums and the McNulty School of Irish Dance.
