Jazz Dock Orchestra Birthday Concert

Birthday concert celebrating the artistic director Andy Schofield's significant life milestone. This excellent saxophonist, composer and arranger will be surrounded by colleagues and friends from Jazz Dock Orchestra, performing a selection of his compositions.

Jazz Dock Orchestra is a modern jazz big band at European level focused on original compositions and interpretations of classic big band repertoire. Over six years of successful existence, the orchestra has become the "flagship" of Jazz Dock club, collaborating with leading world musicians including Kurt Elling, Richard Bona, Ben Wendel, Niels Klein and others. Precise yet vibrant interplay, excellent solos and quality scores have brought the big band great renown in the broader context of the European jazz scene.
