Equal parts writing workshop + soul revival, we open with meditation + movement, then transition into writing letters to ourselves from the spirit of unconditional love.

Afterward, those who wish can share what they wrote, transforming a solo exercise into a communal experience filled with reflection and understanding. In this space, vulnerability is met with “girl, same,” creating a powerful atmosphere of support and love. ❤️

Do I Need To Be A Writer?
Nope! This practice is about listening and writing down what you receive. There's a deep well of warm, unconditional love accessible within all of us. We just have to learn how to hear it.

What To Wear
Dress comfortably in clothes and shoes you can move in, as there will be several moments of movement.
