• 🔧 Building tips, technical guidance, and a Q&A session

• 5:30 PM: Doors open + 🍴 Tacos
• 6:00 – 6:45 PM: Lightning workshops hosted by Novita and ActionLayer teams
• 6:45 – 8:00 PM: Hacking time
• 8:00 - 8:30 PM: 🏆 Judging & Awards
