If you’ve ever read Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak, you're already on your way to unlocking your imagination. 📖 Active imagination, a core practice of Carl Jung, allows us to engage with the unconscious, unveiling our creativity and aligning with our true selves. Through Jung's insights—from The Red Book to the interplay of archetypes—we discover how essential creativity is for personal growth.

In this workshop, we’ll:

1. Start with the enchanting story of Where the Wild Things Are as our shared experience.
2. Participate in three active imagination exercises, including the Six Magic Questions, a 20-minute writing task, and a simple expressive art creation.
3. Conclude with grounding techniques to anchor your creative insights, ensuring the connection to your vibrant inner world remains strong.
