Let's Walk! // Kom, lad os gå!

Join us for the Urban Coral Community Walk at Refshaleøen! 🌍✨ This week, we’re excited to feature a special Cards for Life session.

📍 Meeting Location: La Banchina, Refshaleøen
🕓 Time: 15:00–17:00

Starting this Thursday and continuing through the winter, we will gather at 3 PM instead of 4 PM to adapt to the change from CEST to CET. Our journey will begin from La Banchina as we stroll between the vibrant coral sites, guided by Urban Coral co-initiator Oleg Koefoed.

After exploring two corals, we will seek comfort at Toll Havs Kiosk, where Oleg will lead a Cards for Life session. Bring a question to reflect on regarding our connection to nature and urban living.

This event is part of the Urban Corals walking community, welcoming all humans and more-than-humans! We meet every other Thursday to walk, reflect, care for mosses, plant seeds, meditate, and share experiences.

We have placed 11 coral sculptures across 7 locations on the island. These sculptures will naturally be covered in moss and support a variety of small life forms, enhancing the area’s biodiversity. The corals also serve as an invitation to meet, walk, talk, meditate, and share ideas about fostering curiosity towards nature in urban environments.

Walking together and sharing experiences can help combat loneliness in these challenging times. If you wish to host a walking session, feel free to reach out and let us know which date you’d like to host!
