We invite you to an open workshop centered around the theme of lightness in flying. This experience will help you discover softness and ease in your movements—think of rising, falling, and flying gracefully through space.

• Partnering exercises to share weight and support each other
• Practicing in an improvised dance format

🧥 What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. A sweatshirt or sweater, along with socks, is recommended for cool conditions. We will be dancing barefoot or in socks.
