LONGEVITY PICNIC in Rentenwiese

After our recent dinner, the Longevity Switzerland crew is heading outdoors. We’re swapping restaurant tables for picnic blankets to get some fresh air and talk health optimization.
Everyone is welcome, whether you've been to our events before or are completely new. It will be a casual morning to connect and chat about longevity science, preventive health, nutrition, and biohacking.

When: Sunday, June 14th at 10:00 AM
Where: Rentenwiese, Zurich (exact meeting coordinates will be shared a few days before the event)
What to bring: A picnic blanket and a longevity-friendly snack or drink to share with the group.

Sun protection: Bring sunblock to protect your skin.
Hydration: Bring plenty of water or electrolyte drinks.
