Following the success of our recent dinners, the Longevity Berlin community is heading outdoors! We’re trading the restaurant tables for picnic blankets to enjoy some fresh air, sunshine, and great conversation about health optimization.
Whether you're a long-time member or new to the community, join us for an informal afternoon of healthy snacking, shared insights, and connection. It’s the perfect setting to discuss the latest in longevity science, preventive health, nutrition, biohacking, and sustainable wellbeing.

When: Sunday, June 14th, 12:00 - 15:00
Where: Tiergarten (the exact location will be shared a few days before the picnic)
What to bring: Please bring a healthy, nutrient-dense snack or drink to share with the group! We also recommend bringing a picnic blanket.
