Join us for the enchanting Marymass festival, a vibrant 12-day annual celebration steeped in history and tradition, held in the picturesque town of Irvine! This event has been captivating audiences since 1372 and beautifully blends medieval customs with contemporary flair.

🌟 Highlights of Marymass Saturday:

• Experience one of the largest horse-drawn parades in the world, where motorized vehicles are left behind to showcase a unique and breathtaking spectacle through the charming streets of Irvine.
• Enjoy a vibrant procession filled with horses, pipe bands, jousting, dancers, and numerous live performances!
• Participate in various activities on Irvine Moor, including exciting horse racing, exhilarating live jousting, amazing kids’ entertainment, and a lively giant funfair!

The parade sets off at 10 am from Golffields Road, visiting key points like Irvine Cross and officially crowning the Marymass Queen at 12 pm before continuing to Irvine Moor for an afternoon filled with fun.

As the day winds down, join the return parade at 5 pm back to Irvine Cross!
