Masta Ace & Champion Sound Live band + guests: Leschea + DJ Noir

An artist’s life is often marked by pivotal, defining moments. And, logically, one of them stands out above the rest. For Masta Ace, that moment is the album Disposable Arts. At a crossroads in both his career and his life—when it wasn’t entirely clear whether he was already on the home stretch after three albums—he managed to look deep within himself and bring a “masta piece” into the world. A concept album that didn’t serve as the soundtrack to his funeral; on the contrary, it became the birth of new chapters in his career, one that continues to this day.

Twenty-five years later, the time is right for Masta Ace to celebrate this album and its anniversary. A special conceptual gem deserves a special conceptual presentation. The album will be performed live in its entirety, from the first to the last track, including all the interludes that make the album a cohesive story, accompanied by the live backing band Champion Sound.

Guests on the mic will be LeSchea—rapper, singer, and Ace’s wife.

The event will also feature special projections that bring the story of the Disposable Arts album to life visually.

So, Masta Ace with a live band for the first time, and right away with Champion Sound from Prague. The 25th anniversary of the concept album Disposable Arts, which will be performed from start to finish.
