Three years ago, Jesse Deacon tragically lost his life due to police intervention during a mental health crisis. On this anniversary, we rally with family and friends to honor his memory and demand action!

Just two years later, Collin Burling was assaulted and killed by police after a mental health call. His heartbreaking story highlights the urgent need for change.

⚠️ We demand an end to the tragic loss of life for mentally ill citizens at the hands of the NSW Police Force.

Our key demands include:

1. An end to the killing of mentally ill community members by police.
2. Establishment of government-funded, specially trained mental health-first responder programs.
3. Creation of a "Mental Health Response Hotline" with trained personnel ready to help.
4. Development of safe housing and supported accommodation for individuals in distress.
5. Independent investigations into police-related fatalities.
