Dearborn YMCA is excited to collaborate with Z.E.C.H. (Zeroing in on Emotional Care & Hope) to host a vital Mental Health Awareness & Suicide Prevention event in honor of National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.

Mental health is as crucial as physical health, and this event aims to unite our community through education, conversations, resources, and of course, the joy of basketball! Let’s emphasize that it’s alright to ask for help.
