As the Executive Director at Sixt, he co-leads the Platform Division, serving around 80 engineering teams. With extensive experience in IT since 1995, Andy is currently driving Sixt's shift towards AI-first engineering.

Max Zmek from Exxeta AG challenges the notion that every edge case can be hardcoded. His talk explores where logic falls short and how workflows can handle nuance instead of hitting a wall. Max specializes in integrating real intelligence into complex enterprise workflows, with hands-on experience in email categorization, custom chatbots, and prompt/context engineering.
