🌿 Nervous System Reset
Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath
Modern life often keeps us in a constant state of stimulation, moving from task to task, responding to notifications, and rarely allowing the body and mind to truly slow down.
This Nervous System Reset experience is designed to gently guide you out of that cycle and support your body in returning to a state of calm, balance, and inner stability.
Through a carefully curated combination of yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, this session will help release accumulated tension, regulate your nervous system, and create space for deep restoration.

🌿 The Physical Practice & Breathwork
We begin with a mindful yoga practice focused on slow, intentional movement and conscious breathing.
You will be guided through:
gentle yet grounding postures
longer-held poses to build strength and stability
breath-led movement to reconnect with your body
Holding postures for longer allows you to observe your body’s natural responses, cultivating:
presence
patience
resilience
Breathwork will be woven throughout the practice to support your nervous system in shifting from stress and overactivation into calm and regulation.
This is not about pushing your body,
but about finding steadiness within and ease in your breath.

🎶 Sound Bath
The session will transition into a deeply restorative sound bath.
Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes, you will be immersed in soothing frequencies that encourage the body to enter a state of deep relaxation.
This is where the nervous system begins to fully integrate the practice, allowing any remaining tension to gently release.
Many participants leave feeling:
deeply relaxed
mentally clear
grounded and centred

🍵 Closing Integration
To complete the experience, you will be invited to slowly return and integrate the session with:
a warm herbal tea
a small piece of chocolate
an optional oracle card pull for reflection
A gentle moment to reconnect before stepping back into your day.

⏰ Event Flow
10:45 – Arrival & check-in
11:00 – Yoga & breathwork practice begins
12:10 – Transition into sound bath
12:50 – Closing, tea, chocolate & oracle cards

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:
A yoga mat (blocks and strap if you have them)
A blanket for warmth during the sound bath
A cushion or pillow for extra comfort
Water
Comfortable clothing
Optional: an eye mask to enhance relaxation during the sound bath

🌸 Who This Is For
This experience is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
It is especially supportive if you:
feel stressed or mentally overwhelmed
want to regulate and calm your nervous system
are looking to build both physical and emotional resilience
are seeking deep rest and restoration

🌿 Important Notes
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in.
Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started, in order to maintain a calm and uninterrupted space for all participants.

To return to a place of balance within your body and mind.
