North Star Film Festival July Kickoff Picnic - Day 1

Join us for a casual BBQ/picnic-style kickoff gathering for the upcoming North Star Film Festival season! 🌭✨
This relaxed event is a perfect chance to mingle, network, meet fellow filmmakers and creatives, ask questions about the upcoming season, and connect before the excitement officially begins.

Location: Swing Bridge Park, 4440 65th St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076, United States
Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
(We have the space booked from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so we’ll use the first hour for setup and plan to wrap up by 3:00 PM.)
Parking: Free parking 🚗

Food Plan:
We’re reaching out to grocery stores and local businesses for possible donations of food, drinks, and supplies. If you’d like to make or bring any food, feel free to let us know! 🥗🍹

A Few Notes:

• Please RSVP if you can, so we have a rough headcount for food.
• Bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, outdoor games, or anything that would make the day more comfortable.
• Friends, family, and anyone interested in filmmaking are welcome!
• If you have dietary restrictions, please comment here so we can plan food accordingly.
• We’re also looking for volunteers to help execute events like this! If you're interested in helping with setup, food, supplies, greeting people, photos/videos, cleanup, or future events, please reach out.
