What you'll do

  1. Notion Fitness Tracker workshop (60 min)
    Build a personal fitness OS in your own Notion workspace, live during the session. Workout log, weekly volume, body metrics, habit streaks, and an AI-powered weekly review that does the heavy lifting for you. You walk in with an empty page. You walk out with a system.
  2. HIIT-simulation Class (45 min)
    A guided HIIT class — running intervals paired with functional stations (sleds, sandbags, burpee broad jumps). Built for all levels. Scalable for beginners, brutal if you want it to be.
  3. Log it. Live. (15 min)
    Cool down, hydrate, and log your first session straight into the tracker you just built — so the system gets its first real entry the same day you make it.
