About OOO
The Out-of-Office Club is a Berlin-based community that supports people currently in a career break or unemployment phase. We radically reframe this time from something shameful or wasted into a valuable, empowering journey – through real peer-to-peer support and meaningful partnerships.
Who we are
We all have different stories.
But we share one thing: we’re out-of-office & we’re determined to make the most of it.
Whether you landed here because of a layoff, burnout, a sudden realisation, parental leave or any other reason – what we all have in common is that we are out-of-office right now and share the same inner drive: We refuse to let this time pass unused or pull us down. We want to use it positively – for reflection, growth, new clarity and a next step that actually feels right. And we long for support on eye level, from people who simply get it.
