🌅 Enjoy a fabulous Sbehindunday with full body movements, all while overlooking the river (just behind the volleyball courts)! No need to be a fitness expert; let’s have a blast, get moving, and feel proud of ourselves! :)
🏋️♀️ We’ll target every muscle group to help you feel toned, ensuring your form is on point for every exercise. To top it off, we’ll wrap up our session with a relaxing 30-minute stretch to leave you feeling both relaxed and energized.
What to Bring:
- Wear something PINK to embrace the Badass theme! (If you don’t have pink, no worries—bright colors are welcome!) 🎀
- Sporty clothes & shoes 👟
- A bottle of water 💧
- Sunscreen or a hat if needed ☀️
- A towel or yoga mat (important!) 🧘♀️
