Picnic and Pops! Celebrating 250 year of American independence!

Join us for a FREE public celebration of American independence! 🎆 Grab your picnic basket and join us on the lawn as we mark this historic milestone!

🔍 Explore: House tours will be available every half hour.

📜 Highlights:

• Noon: Opening remarks and an engaging delivery by a Colonial-era letter carrier, followed by a reading of the Declaration of Independence.
• 1:30 PM - 3 PM: Enjoy patriotic tunes performed by the John Luckenbill Pops Band.
• 2 PM - 3 PM: Engage in Colonial games and crafts! 🎨

🍽️ Food & Drinks: Available for purchase.

⚔️ Live Demonstrations: Re-enactors will showcase Colonial life. Don't forget, we'll also officially adopt our Field of Honor during the ceremony!

✍️ Feeling creative? Try your hand at signing the Declaration of Independence with a quill pen. It's trickier than it looks!
