✨ Experience a free, in-person Power of Eight Intention Group guided by the teachings of Lynne McTaggart and her influential work, The Power of Eight. McTaggart's research highlights how group intentions amplify our individual energies—what she refers to as the “mirror effect.”

TOGETHER WE:
• Learn the Power of Eight intention process
• Engage in focused group intention practices
• Experience the amplified effects of collective energy
• Cultivate connection, awareness, and trust in the process

HOW IT WORKS:

• Each week, we focus on 2 to 3 intentions brought by our group members.
• Intention requires permission from the person we are focusing on.
• Participants write out their intentions and collaborate to clarify them.
• We sit in a circle, possibly holding hands during the 10-minute intention meditation.
• After the meditation, we share our experiences.

No prior experience is required—just come with an open heart and a focused presence!

The sessions are facilitated by Karin Cross, who has completed Lynne McTaggart's Intention Masterclass and has extensive experience in Power of Eight groups.

When: Usually the First & Third Thursdays of each month
Time: 12:00–1:30 pm
