Practical Philosophy is a weekly meet-up intended for critical thinkers looking to explore deep topics and enhance communication skills while building a supportive community. No need for any prior philosophical knowledge! 😎
This initiative promotes the belief that philosophy should be open to everyone, not just academics. Each week, a unique topic is selected to foster engaging conversations aimed at developing critical thinking and communication skills. 🙌

📓 HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each session revolves around a chosen topic that is communicated in our Whatsapp group, along with discussion points to spark dialogue. If the group grows beyond 7-8 participants, we break into smaller groups to ensure a smooth conversational flow.

General Meeting Agenda:

• 16:00-17:15 - Arrivals and casual chats to get to know one another before we begin.
• 16:15-17:25 - Introduction and explanation of the Practical Philosophy concept and the topic of the week, along with guidelines for the meeting.
• 16:25-17:45 - Breakout into small groups to introduce ourselves and discuss initial thoughts on the topic. Open discussion follows, utilizing ‘jump-off’ questions as guides without obligation to address them.
• 17:45-18:00 - Regroup and share summaries from each small group. The organizer wraps up the meeting, and attendees take a group photo.
• 18:00 - Official meeting conclusion and opportunities for further networking.
