Queer Henna Party with MizMehndi

MizMehndi here! I'm so glad you're interested in attending Queer Henna Party at Khales House, an intimate night of connecting over shared histories, resisting cultural commodification & erasure, and having fun :)
This event is for folks interested in decolonized histories & artforms, diaspora storytellers, indigenous plant lovers, & anyone who still cares about Palestine.
Your ticket will include entry to the decolonized henna workshop & an organic henna cone to take home. Proceeds will go toward @studentcentergaza in Palestine and sustaining Khale's House as a cultural and community hub in LA. Come ready to get your hands a little messy (henna can stain clothing). No experience needed!
Arrive at 5:00 PM to buy a cup of tea from @bulanapothecary and enjoy light refreshments in the garden. Workshop will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, followed by music and activities, including herbalism demos from @bulanapothecary.
