2️⃣ Overhead Medley: Can you lift the logs?

• Novice: 70kg - 80kg - 85kg - 90kg
• Inters/Masters: 80kg - 90kg - 100kg - 110kg
• Opens: 90kg - 100kg - 110kg - 120kg

3️⃣ Sandbag Toss: How fast can you toss?

• Novice: 14kg - 16kg - 18kg - 20kg - 22kg
• Inters/Masters: 16kg - 18kg - 20kg - 22kg - 24kg

4️⃣ Sandbag Steeple Chase: Time to race with your sandbags!
