🎯 Dreaming of a project collaboration? RUC’s Matchmaking Event is made for you!

📍 Location: Roskilde University, Building: 04/06

At the Matchmaking Event, you’ll get the chance to meet organizations, companies, and municipalities looking for students for semester projects. This year, approximately 22 companies are ready to find their match!

Program:

☕ 08:30–09:00 – Registration & free coffee & croissants
👋 09:00–09:10 – Welcome & good morning
💡 09:10–09:30 – Meet Sia Seidler Berro who went from RUC student to Teamleader
📢 09:30–10:30 – Company pitches
☕ 10:30–11:00 – Coffee & tea network break
📢 11:00–12:00 – More company pitches
🤝 12:00–14:00 – Matchmaking: networking & free lunch

💡 Important info:
• Registration is via QR ticket – remember to bring it to secure your spot and free lunch.
• Entry to pitches is first-come, first-served.
• The ticket is required for free lunch which is also first-come, first-served.
• After 12:00, everyone is welcome to join the networking session.
• ⚠️ This is not a job fair, but a fair for semester project collaborations.
• The event is FREE! 🎟️
