Run the River + Showers (every Thursday!)

Start your Thursday with a river run and a solid energy boost, and BEAUTIFUL views of the city!
We will meet at F45 in Dumbo so you can leave your things there to shower after.
This is a weekly morning run with options depending on your mood:
Option A: 2 Mile Run + Calisthenics at Pier 2
Option B: 4 Mile Run
We will always have a warm up and cool down, and pacing will be around an 10-11 minute mile - but you can always break off and meet up at the end for hangs!
We will follow it all up with some stretching and coffee!
After the run, showers are available at F45 for $10 if you want to freshen up before work or wherever the morning takes you. :)
