SA London Article Club #78

Join us for our engaging Article Club #78! Here's how it works:

1. We gather every six weeks in or nearby the National Theatre.
2. Prior to our meeting, members vote on two articles to read from a curated shortlist, typically focusing on one article related to politics/current affairs and another on history, culture, sport, business, or science.
3. We delve into each article for about 30 minutes, exploring broader themes and the depth of the articles.
4. Attendees provide scores out of 10 for each discussed article.
5. We set a date for the next meeting and sometimes continue our discussions at a local pub!

The purpose of Article Club is to broaden our reading horizons, share insights with like-minded individuals, and ease our worries about not reading enough books. Founded by Ross Bailey in 2015, the club has been led by Claire Ferraro and is currently chaired by Alistair Baker.

📅 Next Meetup: Article Club #78 on Thursday, 30th July 2026, from 7:30 PM to around 9:15 PM. We'll be in the soft round seats at the Lyttelton Theatre bar on the first floor.
