Sacred Listening: July Weekly Sound Bath Series

Join us this July for a four-week exploration of sacred listening, or the practice of slowing down, tuning in, and receiving. Each gathering follows the Soulfully Sound session flow Ground • Sound • Flow • Integrate while inviting you to experience a different aspect of sound, presence, and connection. Come for one session or join us for the full journey as each week gently builds upon the last.Week 1 | Ground: The Art of ArrivingBefore we can receive sound, we first create space for it. This evening is an invitation to slow down, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the present moment.Week 2 | Sound: Feeling VibrationExperience sound beyond what you hear. Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intentional pauses, you'll be invited to notice where vibration lives within your body.Week 3 | Flow: Learning to ReceiveWhat happens when we stop trying to relax and simply allow ourselves to receive? This evening explores surrender, curiosity, and trusting the wisdom of the body as sound, silence, and breath gently unfold.Week 4 | Integrate: Carrying the Resonance ForwardHealing doesn't end when the final note fades.
