🔋 Breathe new life into your electronics at The Bower Reuse & Repair Centre! 💻 Did you know that electronic waste is one of Australia’s fastest-growing waste concerns? We’re on a mission to change that! Our Second Life Electronics program aims to keep valuable resources out of landfills, promote the circular economy, and help bridge the digital divide in our community. ♻️

We accept small, working electrical items, test and tag them for safety, and then resell them in our stores to fund our social enterprise projects. If items are broken, we responsibly recycle their components. What to Bring:

• Tech: Laptops, phones, tablets, cameras, & gaming consoles 📱
• Home: Kitchen gadgets, power tools, vacuums, & fans 🔌
• Specialty: X-rays & film 🎞️
• TVs: Only if they are under 10 years old! 📺

What NOT to Bring:

• Older TVs, monitors, & printers 🖥️
• Microwaves & air fryers 🍿
• Large whitegoods (fridges/washers) 🧼
• Heaters & smoke alarms 🚨

💡 Quick Tips for Your Visit:

• Privacy First: Unlock your devices and log out of all personal accounts for secure wiping and refurbishment. 🔐
• Prep Your Items: Give your items a quick clean and remove any loose or corroded batteries before dropping them off. 🧼
• Easy Drop-off: Convenient 10-minute "drop-and-go" parking available onsite. 🚗
