Sonic Journey

Join us for Sonic Journey – an intimate evening of sound, story, and deep listening in Berlin! 🎶

Multiple facilitators will weave a living soundscape with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and various beautiful healing instruments from the sound healing world. You’re invited to lie down, soften, and let the vibrations support your nervous system, inviting deep rest as you gently embark on your inner journey.

What We’ll Do:

• Arrival & Opening
  We gather in a cozy studio in Friedrichshain, sharing a short introduction to the theme of the evening.

• Sonic Journey
  Get comfortable on your mat, close your eyes, and immerse yourself as three facilitators co-create a living soundscape. Instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, and subtle textures of silence guide your personal Klangreise.

• Integration & Closing
  Return slowly to the present, with time to integrate in silence or share your thoughts before we close the space together.
