Join sound bath practitioner Sherry Chen and meditation instructor Trent Wolbe for the latest installment of our Sonic Meditation series at Meadow in Highland Park.
Sherry and Trent have built an integrated meditation workshop and immersive sonic experience designed to help clear your mind and deal with any craziness that 2026 might throw at you.
Please bring a yoga mat, and anything you might need to be comfortable lying down with (pillow, blanket, water bottle).
