In today's modern workplace culture, we're expected to stay positive, ultra-productive, and emotionally contained. This pressure is heightened for expats navigating the peculiarities, culture clashes, and the famed "directness" of the Dutch corporate scene.

Spill the Tea is a curated storytelling night and open mic night specifically designed for expats, startup survivors, and corporate professionals to share the humorous absurdities, daily chaos, and unvoiced frustrations of work life in the Netherlands.

Part open mic, part tea ceremony, and part collective exhale, this evening adheres to a few important house rules:
