Sport & Sip : reformer pilates & wine tasting

Our girls-only wine-tasting is back with a new twist .... Sport & SIP is a new concept where we enjoy some light sport and THEN enjoy some wine... (so we can replenish the calories we just worked off ;-))
For our first edition of Sport & Sip, we'll head to the newly opened FS8 studio on Theresienhöhe for a 45-min beginner session on the Reformer Pilates beds lead by Jessica. After that we'll enjoy a chilled wine-tasting with 4 wines that are perfect for summer nights : Sparkling, whites and a rosé in their super swish reception area. There will of course be food - cake as always - and some healthy dips and snacks.
Girls-night are a reason to have a night off, surround yourself by international wine-loving women, connect, enjoy, discover a new wine or two and now do a spot of something good for your bod...
Not up for the sport? That's fine too - just drop me a line to let me know you'll only be joining for the wine-tasting.

FAQ's
- Do I have to do the sport? No, just drop me a line to let if know if you're only interested in the wine-tasting which will then free up a space on the reformer beds. Please not that once you opt out, I can't guarantee you a bed if you change your mind and there's no refund for the un-used Reformer session.

- What do I need to bring? Reformer grip socks. If you have your own, bring them along, otherwise you can buy a pair on reception. These help you have the grip you need for moving around on the reformer bed.

- Are there changing rooms? Yes! as well as a shower too, and lockers that close with a combination.

- What's the dress-code? Sporty summer! Yes we're in a pilates studio so there's no need to dress up.

- Can I get a refund if plans change? Refunds are possible up to 48hrs before the event.
