Starwatch: International Observe the Moon Night

Join us for a special "Moon Watch" edition of our monthly Starwatch series at the Tohickon Boat Launch parking lot! Participation is free and open to the public! 🆓✨

Astronomers from the Bucks-Mont Astronomical Association will provide telescopes for you to look through and will be available to answer all your burning questions about the cosmos. 🔭🌟

This month, the Moon will take center stage, so expect activities and a moon talk starting around 7:00 PM, followed by viewing sessions at 7:30 PM. 🌙

On International Observe the Moon Night, people worldwide will be gazing at the skies—don’t miss out on this chance to join them!

Feel free to bring your own binoculars or telescope, and come as you are! We kindly ask that pets and laser pointers stay at home for the safety and comfort of fellow stargazers and to protect our delicate equipment. 🐾🚫

Starwatches occur in the grassy median between the two upper parking tiers. Please remember to park facing away from the grassy area to minimize glare from headlights.
