Summer Teen Group Therapy Workshops (Ages 13-17)

🌟 Summer is more than just a break from school; it's an opportunity for kids and teens to slow down, reflect, and develop lifelong skills. Quail Lakes Community Counseling is thrilled to present a new series of weekly group workshops tailored for this purpose!

What Happens in Group?

Each session revolves around a unique theme, focusing on:

• Understanding emotions
• Navigating friendships
• Managing stress
• Discovering personal strengths

Teens will explore these important topics through art, movement, music, games, and real conversation — in a warm and supportive environment.

No lectures, no worksheets, just authentic engagement!

For older teens, the workshops dive deeper into:

• Exploring identity
• Building self-awareness
• Effective communication and boundary setting
• Developing coping tools for life’s challenges

Experience the power of connection as teens learn they're not alone in their feelings. Our groups foster a sense of community, allowing teens to practice essential social and emotional skills in real-time with peers.

Group Details

• Ages: 13–17
• Total Sessions: 13
• Duration: 45-60 minutes
• When: Wednesdays at 4:00 PM
• Where: 1833 West March Lane, Suite 6, Stockton, CA 95209
• Format: In-person drop-in sessions — no weekly commitment is needed! Sign up for the days that work for you.

Pricing

• $35 per session
• June Bundle (5 sessions): $150 (save $25)
• July Bundle (4 sessions): $120 (save $20)
• August Bundle (4 sessions): $120 (save $20)
• Full Summer (all 13 sessions): $375 (save $80)
