Goal: An easy pace 12k run, with shorter routes available. There are always options to loop back if you need to.

This run is perfect for anyone looking to get into longer distances at a friendly pace, with the flexibility to turn back anytime.

📍 MEET AT: RUN-N-RAVE Lab at CIC, Lohmühlenstr 65, 12435 Berlin

🧡 WHAT: 7k + 12k easy pace long run, around 6:30 pace

⏰ WHEN: SUNDAY 9AM ALL SUMMER

📅 THE BREAKDOWN:

• 9:00 AM — Roll up, bag drop, water and snacks
• 9:15 AM — Warm up 🌲🏃‍♀️
• 9:20 AM — Roll out
• 10:15 AM — 7k runners return
• 10:45 AM — 12k runners return
• After — Snacks, drinks, and time to connect 🤗
