Sunset & Sound at Woodstock Farm

Immerse yourself in a tranquil evening as the sun descends over the Salish Sea and San Juan Islands. Engage in calming guided breath exercises to settle your nervous system, all while enjoying a soothing soundscape through gong play to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

• A yoga mat or blanket
• A small cloth to cover your eyes
• Dress in layers to prepare for varied weather (limited parking is available, carpooling is suggested!)
