Join us for the Tai Chi Ruler (Chih) class, a rejuvenating form of Taoist Yoga (Dao-yin) that offers an accessible way to boost your health! 💪 This unique practice involves 12 easy-to-learn exercises enhanced by the use of a special wooden dowel, known as Chih, which you hold between your palms to facilitate the flow of vital energy (Qi).
Why Tai Chi Chih? It's simpler than traditional Tai Chi, yet delivers all the wonderful health benefits such as stress relief, improved respiration, better circulation, and enhanced neuro-muscular coordination.
