Join us at 21st Avenue SE and Talmage Avenue SE for a delightful community gardening event! 🌱

We'll provide tools, gloves, and snacks, making it a fun and easy day outdoors. All are welcome!

We leave stalks standing through the winter to offer shelter and food for wildlife. Our native bees and butterflies winter underground or in stems, while birds enjoy the seeds. We wait until the temperature hits 50°F to trim most stalks, ensuring our garden thrives. Most planting occurs at the end of May or early June. Although we primarily plant perennials, some may need replacing.
