Tantric Pulsation - Deepening Retreat

Join us for an immersive experience at the Tantric Pulsation Breathwork - Deepening Retreat! This highly awaited training is designed for those who have some prior experience with tantra. You don't need to have completed the Tantric Pulsation training, so feel free to reach out to us to see if this retreat is the right fit for you.

Set in the serene environment of Calm Estate near Floda, we will spend four days engaging in various somatic practices, including Pulsation, to deepen our connections with ourselves, nature, and each other in an authentic and intimate manner.

Key focuses will include:

• The role of the space holder, approached through authenticity, vulnerability, and totality.
• Use of tools like Pulsation breathwork, bio-energetics, and tantric exercises.
• Opportunities for dearmouring and mutual space holding, fostering deep connections.
• Group work dynamics and developing confidence as a facilitator.

Expect to interact both individually and as part of a larger group. There will be ample opportunities for tantric exercises in pairs and within the whole group.
